Ashley E. Moss received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Duquesne University School of Law, where she authored an independent study of mental injury claims under the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act. She received her Bachelor of Arts from American University. She is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Moss focuses her practice on the defense of workers’ compensation claims. She represents a wide array of clients, including national corporations and small, locally-owned businesses, in the hospitality, trucking, and retail industries, among others.
