Barry Alan Dratch

Barry A. Dratch received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Temple University School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Science from the Pennsylvania State University. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Dratch concentrates his practice in workers’ compensation defense. He represents clients ranging from national corporations to small businesses in the entertainment, food services, healthcare, hospitality, retail, staffing, and transportation industries.

Prior to joining Berman Voss, Mr. Dratch practiced exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation for more than twenty-five years. He worked in the Workers’ Compensation Departments of two law firms in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
