Biography
Benjamin M. Lehman received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Duquesne University School of Law. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Temple University. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Lehman concentrates his practice in all areas of family law and workers’ compensation matters. He has a wealth of experience representing clients with family law issues, including custody, divorce, complex equitable distribution, support, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Mr. Lehman’s practice also consists of the defense of workers’ compensation claims. He represents a wide array of clients, including national corporations and small, locally owned businesses, in the hospitality, trucking, and retail industries, among others.
Prior to joining Berman Voss, Mr. Lehman worked in a boutique law firm. In addition, he served as a clerk for the Allegheny County Bar Association and Judge Eleanor Bush of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County.
Mr. Lehman has authored numerous articles on a variety of topics for Pennsylvania Family Lawyer magazine and presently serves as a writer and editor for The Legal Intelligencer’s Young Lawyer Editorial Board. He is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association, participating in the ACBA Young Lawyers Division and Nominating Committee and the PBA Family Law Section’s Programming Committee.
Mr. Lehman was named to the 2024 Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch list. He was also recognized with the prestigious Eric D. Turner Award given by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
