Lance M. Pagnotta

Lance M. Pagnotta received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Duquesne University. He received his Bachelor of Arts from The Pennsylvania State University. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey.

Mr. Pagnotta concentrates his practice in workers’ compensation defense. He represents clients ranging from national corporations to small businesses in the entertainment, food services, healthcare, hospitality, retail, staffing, and transportation industries.

Prior to joining Berman Voss, Mr. Pagnotta defended claims in the areas of workers’ compensation, general civil litigation, corporate formation, business transactions, contract drafting and disputes, and domestic relations.
