Abby F. Tuttle earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Temple University School of Law, where she received the Presidential Scholarship and two Distinguished Class Performance awards in Trial Advocacy. Prior to law school, she graduated from Emerson College, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Ms. Tuttle is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and State of New Jersey.

In 2013, Ms. Tuttle began her private practice in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, protection from abuse, complex domestic litigation, and assisting clients in resolving issues through collaborative divorce and mediation. She has the advantage of being an experienced trial attorney and is well-versed in the Rules of Evidence. Ms. Tuttle has always been driven to help people through their most challenging experiences with compassion and dedication.

Prior to joining Berman Voss, Ms. Tuttle served as a Bucks County Deputy District Attorney for six years, focusing on child abuse prosecution after interning with the Chester County District Attorney’s Office. She has also successfully argued cases in the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court of New Jersey. As a District Attorney, Ms. Tuttle received both the ADA Recognition Program Award by the Network of Victim Assistance and received the John A. Wagner, Jr. Memorial Award from District Attorney David W. Heckler, in light of Ms. Tuttle’s innovative legal strategies and exceptional service in the protection of Bucks County victims of abuse. Ms. Tuttle was also affiliated with a boutique law firm in West Chester, serving clients in all areas of family law.
