Julie M. Marburger earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from John Marshall Law School. Prior to law school, she graduated from College of Charleston, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Historic Preservation and Community Planning & Art History. Ms. Marburger also received a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from the University of Georgia. She is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of Georgia.

Ms. Marburger concentrates her practice in all areas of family law. She has years of experience representing clients in custody, divorce and support matters. Ms. Marburger is also skilled at drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and separation agreements. She also serves clients in resolving issues without litigation through collaborative divorce and mediation.

In 2014, Ms. Marburger received the “Select Lawyer” award for her practice in Family Law based on her “reputation within the community and among colleagues and peers, quality of services provided, experience, educational background and continuing educational endeavors, and utilization of best-practice procedures and techniques.” She has been selected to the Rising Star list, which recognizes excellence in lawyers age 40 and younger, for the years 2016 to 2023. Ms. Marburger is the Vice-Chair of the Amity Township Planning Commission, a member of the Berks County Bar Association, Chair of the Law Day & Entertainment Committees, Co-Chair of the Family Law Section, and serves on the Board for the Endlich Law Club

Prior to joining Berman Voss, Ms. Marburger was affiliated with a boutique law firm in Wyomissing, serving clients in all areas of family law.
